Cask Trade is thrilled to announce it has been listed at number 24 in the 2024 Startups 100 Index. This prestigious index identifies the top 100 startups with most growth potential, and has previously awarded placings to household names, including Monzo, Deliveroo and HelloFresh.
Run by the UK’s most established website for entrepreneurs, Startups 100 showcases businesses who demonstrate innovation, solid financials, opportunity in their market, a great concept, and a strong customer base or following.

Founded in 2018, Cask Trade is run by passionate spirits industry professionals. Built upon honesty and transparency, they have created an open cask marketplace where the end goal of selling casks is as important as buying them.
In five years Cask trade has grown impressively, ranking 21st in the Sunday Times Top 100 Business in Britain for 2023. With offices in the UK and Hong Kong, alongside agents in Australia, Singapore, India, and the USA, Cask Trade caters for a diverse range of customer needs, resulting in approximately 9000 cask sales to over 1800 private customers and around 150 independent bottlers spanning six continents.
